Ingredients
2 cup cornmeal
1/4 cup Bacon grease
Pinch of Salt
1 1/2 cip Water
Preparation
Mix cornmeal, salt, and water
Heat oil in medium skillet to 350
Scoop 2 tbsp of batter each and form into balls and flatten
Drop pones into oil and cook for 5-6 minutes or until golden, flip every 1-2 minutes.
Remove pones and place on paper towel
Serve hot
